Fencing Service Policy

Effective Date: June 2026

All estimates provided by TG Fence Pros are free and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Deposits may be required for certain projects involving custom materials, special orders, or large installations. Deposits are generally non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has commenced.

Customers may cancel scheduled work before materials are ordered without penalty. If materials have already been purchased or work has begun, cancellation fees may apply.

Due to the nature of construction and fencing services, completed labor and installed materials are non-refundable. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

TG Fence Pros stands behind the quality of its workmanship. If workmanship-related issues arise within the warranty period, we will inspect the issue and make reasonable repairs as necessary.

Manufacturer warranties on materials are subject to the terms and conditions provided by the manufacturer. TG Fence Pros does not control manufacturer warranty decisions.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us within 7 days of project completion so we can address your concerns promptly.
